Basically the aspect hits 5 times in all and the 15 Sep date is the middle with 2 either side, so I estimate this as the peak but it has been a long slow haul to this point and we have the same to navigate on the other side. In fact only the other day the Governor of the Bank of England, Mervyn King, confirmed that we still have a ‘long, hard slog ahead of us’. He was referring mainly to England but you can take it as read that this applies globally.
Astrologically, I am fairly certain that by July 2010 we’ll have hit the final wave of change and from then on in we’ll be out of the worst – not back to where we were by any means, there are other upcoming hurdles to contend with on the way to 2012, but at least settling into a new way forward and accepting the revolutionary changes and profound revelations that will arise out of this messy, difficult but necessary upheaval.

We've had a number of events occur since I last wrote. In my last mailing I did point you to my long article about the year-long Jupiter/Neptune/Chiron transit. You can access that from my articles section on my website. Since that was penned the Air France tragedy occurred. It is interesting to note that the aircraft came down right on the JU/NE/CH geodetic AstroCartoGraphy lines close to Brazil, and the whole incident has proved to be a huge mystery (JU/NE) – and a very painful one (CH) for the families.
It has always been my feeling that a massive (JU) decompression (NE) brought this plane down in midair. It has now been confirmed it did break up in midair but, whether this was from a bomb or from an explosion of some combustible material in the hold - we don't yet know and I very much doubt we ever will. The teams investigating the crash should be able to rule out a bomb pretty quickly as some of the wreckage would show signs of being ripped from the inside to the outside and show traces of explosive. Or, if it was a fire the wreckage would yield some traces of fire or smoke damage. That's my understanding from my years in the airlines, anyway. I'm still intrigued as to why things have gone so quiet.
I have to just make an observation about the 153 people who died when a Yemenian Airbus crashed yesterday. Have you noticed we are hardly hearing anything about it. Are these lives in some way less precious?
Anyway, moving on, other associations with the aspect that I have noted are: The scandal (JU/NE) over the expenses fraud which continues in the UK with many of the MP’s falling on their sword. Also the jailing of Madoff for his enormous (JU) fraud (NE). I also pointed out associations with advertising and the JU/NE/CH aspect. Last week I also noticed that there’s a big advertisement in LA Confidential Magazine for an art exhibition simply called ‘Wounded’ (that’s a Chiron keyword for you).
As expected there’s been lots of focus on the Space program. Luckily the fears I had for the shuttle Atlantis’ safe return were unfounded but NASA will conduct a fueling test this week on space shuttle Endeavour to see if a hydrogen gas leak (JU/NE) has been plugged, so I was on the right track. There have also been many TV programs about the Space program, the Moon projects and UK readers may have seen 'James May on the edge of Space' on TV. There's also been an interesting revelation concerning water on Saturn. That one is a bit of a combination of the current JU/NE and (Saturn/Uranus) SA/UR alignments – surprise (UR) on Saturn (SA).
MICHAEL JACKSON
The biggest news coverage however, has of course been the sudden death of the superstar, Michael Jackson. Michael was born under a Jupiter/Neptune conjunction and, as I have spoken about in my blogs many times, the major events in our life often occur when an outer planet 'hard' birth aspect (and in this case I mean from Mars out) cycles around again. So, if someone is born on say a Jupiter/Uranus conjunction (0 degrees separation of both planets), semi square(45 degrees) square (90) sesquiquadrate ( 135) opposition (180) or incoming square (270) incoming semisquare ( 315) ANY subsequent hard aspect of transiting Jupiter and Uranus is felt by the person as they resonate to the harmonic they were born into.
The same applies for the Jupiter/Neptune cycle with Michael Jackson. He died when they are again conjunct becoming exact on the 10th July. What happened to him will undoubtedly always be a mystery. Similar to the Air France mystery, whatever 'facts' are put out should be deemed as suspect under this particular planetary influence. Confusion will reign.
I can't go along with the ridiculous 'death hoax' stories already surfacing, as he must be the most recognisable man on the planet (and his body is about to go on public view) but we are in the season of hype and of being 'economic with the truth' so not all will be transparent!
What astrology can tell us is that at around 7am onwards on the day Michael died, the planet Uranus came into play by transit. Later, at around 10 am PDT on the day, his Venus/Uranus midpoint was activated leading onto activation of the Uranus/Chiron midpoint at about 12.20PDT. Venus/Uranus can be very 'excitable', erratic, separative and shocking energy so it would perhaps be prudent to ask what was happening around these times? It would also appear from this birth data that he may have died nearer to 12.20pm than the 1.14pm of the 911 call. Again this is based on midpoints which is another form of harmonic and usually very precise. Uranus energy is certainly related to strokes and seizures.
Below this text you can see Michael Jackson's Sun rising birth chart. That he would have had the Moon in Pisces is so apt for someone who was known for his feet (feet ruled by Pisces, Moon in Pisces = Moon walk) so I would hazard a guess he had the sign of Pisces or Cancer (ruled by the Moon) on one of the angles. The incredible creativity and theatrics is shown by the Leo planets and the attention to detail and need for perfection (plus the health/hygiene issues, face masks, pets etc) by the Virgo ones. The conjunction of his Sun to Pluto shows his power over the masses and also his difficult, abusive relationship with his father. The Jupiter/Neptune conjunction speaks of the fantasies - Neverland being a physical outworking of one dream. The massive amount (Jupiter) of plastic surgery (Neptune) in difficult aspect to his Mars shows the inability to be happy with his physicality and the Sun/Pluto shows the obsession around it.
As Michael Jackson was also known as the 'Peter Pan of Pop' the possibility of Gemini being on the Midheaven or somehow connected with the 3rd (3rd house often shows our name) is a distinct possibility.
Sometimes the chart of the children clearly show many missing details about a parent. For those interested in pursuing this line of enquiry then here are the birth details of two of them:

Obviously I am sad that anyone should have died at such a young age and I recognise the particularly unusual circumstances of his life path, but let's not mythologize this event or look for scapegoats. Whether he was deliberately killed, took his own life or it was an accident, Michael Jackson needed to take drugs. In the context of the times we are in, the message that this rams home once again is that the 'fame' which so many young people aspire to..... incredible talent, power, wealth, popularity or beautiful children........ do not in themselves confer security, happiness or fulfilment. The lesson his addictions and early demise leaves for the more unconscious souls on Earth is therefore as valuable to the world as his phenomenal musical legacy.
